The class is aimed at those with special educational needs, therefore, we have smaller class sizes to allow for a more tailored approach to teaching dance technique. The class is a mix of ballet and Jazz, with the goal to eventually open a tap class too.

 

The class runs as follows:

• A ballet warm up, introducing fundamental ballet technique

• Engaging imaginative exercises aimed at stimulating creativity and fostering exploration of movement.

• Use of props to demonstrate dance technique and musical interpretation

• Learn a fun jazz dance routine that includes steps covered in the lesson

• Culmination with an engaging dance game, creating a memorable experience for the participants.

 

Watching weeks for parents at the end of every term. 

 

The class is £15/session, to be paid termly, based on a 12 week term, with a break for half term. 

 

We also run an extended 3 hour half term session, each session has a different theme and involves fun dance games, arts and crafts, and themed activities!
